Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is required by KEMA’s corporate policies and implemented through our project management system and our organizational management structure. All KEMA subcontractors are required to comply with quality assurance program requirements such as technical reviews, data integrity, and management oversight as part of the contracting process.

At KEMA, high quality is implemented through management-driven quality control of all aspects of work for our clients. The KEMA Project Manager has responsibility for oversight of all project work and facilitates or directly provides inspection of technical products or equipment installations during the course of the project. Where necessary and appropriate, technical experts from KEMA staff or subcontractors will be involved in reviews and inspections. KEMA also holds interim program reviews, as appropriate, with the client organization to report on work progress and to discuss potential difficulties or changes in project direction. Where required to meet customer needs, KEMA will prepare and implement change orders to modify or amend the project statement of work. The Principal in Charge conducts the final review and inspection of project deliverables at critical milestones of the project and just prior to planned project completion.
