These are the key findings of a study carried out by KEMA for Eurelectric, the organization that speaks for Europe’s power
companies.
In the coming years the harmonized ATEX 95 standards will change. To inform manufacturers on all aspects of the changing standards, KEMA introduced a special edition of its e-mail newsalert and organized a seminar.
By October 30th, 2007, all industrial companies will have to make use of the best available techniques for preventing and controlling pollution. With the deadline approaching, KEMA has developed a scanning service to provide companies with feedback on the extent to which their processes are IPPC-compliant. The new IPPC Scan will also shed light on the cost-effectiveness of different routes.
European and North American importers and dealers of Chinese products require a quality inspection performed before transshipment of their cargo. KEMA has developed a service that allows clients to place their orders online and check the progress of the inspection at any time.
