The IECEE, which has representatives worldwide, designates the National Certification Bodies within each country that are responsible for recognizing and issuing test reports and certificates. The IECEE makes international trade in electrical and electronic equipment easier and less costly by reducing technical barriers to trade. Alongside Philips Corporation’s Wim Honig, Franklin Willemstein will be representing the Netherlands, KEMA, and the national electrotechnology industry.
